"There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating."
"Value for money compared to most other places I've stayed in the Hunter. The Lane Retreat is at the upper end, however the provided breakfasts, the view overlooking the ranges and vineyards, and the ease of a receptionless checkin, makes this the go-to for our future stays."

"Nicole and her staff were very accommodating and so welcoming. We were in the area for a Wedding and Nicole even suggested a member of her staff drive us to and from the Wedding venue . The Rooms were divine , comfortable , cool (it was a very hot weekend) and everything you need for a couple nights stay in this beautiful area of the Hunter Valley.
