We asked for a dog friendly hotel and couldn’t get get combination ether from you or the hotel. And when we arrived they told us they did not accept. Dogs. "The room itself was ok. Strange unpleasant food smells emanating from bathroom. Check in was well explained but tricky getting code on lock box outside in the dark. Relieved to be staying only one night and would not rebook"

"That rooms were in excellent condition and very clean with good facilities. The fact you overlook the canal and railway lines are an extra bonus with a holiday vibe of cafe culture. Hotel is near to the shopping centre which is a shopper paradise with a wide range of shops and goods."

"Great location, just a few minutes walk from the station and city centre. The staff gave excellent service, the room was large, clean and had a very useful kitchen area. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of full English and continental items. There is also a restaurant and rooftop bar which was a lovely place to sit before heading out for the evening. Overall we were very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent service, staff went out of their way to change rooms, so that my son could have a view of the rail tracks. Lovely clean room, hotel only 5-10 mins walk from central shopping area and restaurants."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"My single bed room was large and everything worked okay. The coffee sugar cream, water bottles, towels were restocked daily. It's a nice hotel, downtown location very close 3 minutes walk to the Leeds Train station. Check in and out was easy. Free Luggage storage is available.The AC is quiet but weak. The cool air comes out of a small vent in the ceiling."

"Great hotel! Very conveniently located for the train station and Leeds City Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for a stay in Leeds."

"We arrived before check in but they had our rooms ready for us which was great to leave our things in the room as we were going straight out for a music festival. The only negative was that we had to pay for an extra breakfast and I thought it was included for all three of us staying. But that could have been my error not noticing it properly on the third party booking site. Breakfast had a good selection, some items were running low but we didn’t have to wait long until it was replenished....
