"Front Desk Staff were so lovely and kind. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. There was clearly some construction happening quite early (before 8am) but it was muffled."

"Pics are not what the rooms look like. Worn and tired. Mildew or mold in bathroom ceiling and upper wall. Way overpriced for the establishment and amenities. Asked for refund when arrived said not what expected and said couldn't do that due to third party booking. When I woke up in am saw small black bug on side of sheet and advised clerk checking out. He insists the rooms are clean and not a bedbug. Google search suggests might be. Left bedclothes behind just in case and luggage will stay in garage when get home. Can't chance it. Said manager will look at room and call me, no call yet to confirm or deny type of bug. Your call whether to stay there or not, me never again."

"My recent stay at the Omni New Haven was truly excellent. The hotel reception staff were super helpful and amazing at both check in and checkout, the room was super clean and well appointed and breakfast was delicious. The Omni will be my hotel choice whenever traveling to New Haven."

"It was absolutely beautiful this hotel is very close to everything staff is like family. Shout out to the maintenance man. My room air wasn’t working properly he immediately changed my room with an upgrade and brought me lunch. The front desk guy Hussin was absolutely amazing as well . Will be staying there 1000 more times. 💕💕💕"

"Had an issue with a stench in my room. Learned that dogs are allowed in the room I was staying in. All the first floors rooms of the hotel allow for patrons to have dogs in them. Spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic and will be offering a discount due to the issue. She said that numerous attempts were made to shampoo the carpet but the stench could not be removed. At the time of my check-in, no other rooms were avaliable. The hotel was fully booked. I appreciated her efforts despite the issue."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay. Comfy bed, clean and neutral room was very relaxing. Only issue was the led desk lamp registers a high pitch noise. Just like our experience with the last stay, so we simply turned it off. Small inconvenience that in no way impacted our overall stay. We’d recommend Hotel Marcel. "
