"Our stay was good we had no issues this was our 2nd time staying there The staff was great the complimentary breakfast was good."

"As soon as we arrived at the room, we noticed an orange stain on one of the beds. I called the front desk to request new sheets, but 30 minutes passed and nobody had came i had open the door and are there where cleaning ladys i asked them if they had bedsheets and they told me somebody would come by soon. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came by so I went downstairs to ask her receptionist if she had some so I could replace them myself she ended up following me and told me she would get me some herself. She said there was no clean, but the ladies that I had asked first for sale in the hallway and they provided me some finally they offered to put the sheets for me, but we have been in the hotel for 45 minutes so I just did it myself and to top it off and we got in the shower of the shower curtain had a booger and hair stuck to it. The hotel is nice and great area but next time I’ll just choose the next-door to stay instead of there."

"very old facility, i booked a non smoking room and found out that it had the cigarrete smell impregnated in the walls. the breakfast not good, the contruction pretty old, carpets seem old too. bad experience over all. "

"The staff was amazing and so friendly. The room was a little disappointing. It was small and didn’t even have a coffee maker. The hallway to the room had a very strong and unpleasant smell. The room was fine for a quick overnight stop but I wouldn’t have enjoyed staying longer than that."

"Creo que deberían mejorar la limpieza. La televisión deben actualizarla para poder ver Netflix en nuestra cuenta O alguna otra aplicación ya que no es posible por ser Televisores desantualizados o no tener internet creo que al menos un poquito de agua podrían poner en el refri la cafetera siempre le falta algo con lo cual no se puede utilizar por lo menos en las habitaciones que me ha tocado"
