"I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff were super kind and the free lattes, yoga mat and bottled water are really lovely perk in comparison to a lot of other hotels who don’t even even give you coffee makers anymore. Accessible location, although the room could use a renovation it was spacious and clean. If you’re looking for a safe quiet and accessible hotel with a comfortable bed this would definitely be a good choice. The bathroom didn’t have any extras like Q-tips or cotton...

New York City is a whole expensive and this was one of the more affordable places surprisingly it was still in a great area and the housekeeping in front desk, staff were amazing, they let me in very early without trying to upchargedme like some other places I’ve done The housekeeping person was amazing and friendly the one woman bartender/waitress in the restaurant was great as well to go...

"Really convenient location in midtown -- near the Metro and lots of restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. The workout facility was surprisingly spacious for New York City. The complimentary hot breakfast was an added bonus. I would stay here for my next visit to NYC. "
