"Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im genannten Hotel und auch diesmal war das Zimmer top, ebenso die Lage des Hotels. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bedingt durch Corona nur noch auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung. Handtücher usw. werden jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Es gibt außerdem ein Bügeleisen, Staubsauger usw."

"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. "It’s a great weekend getaway with kids. The pool area is amazing, there is a very nice playground and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is good but small things like one person having 2 pans making omelets to hundreds of breakfast guests is just a puzzle and something easily sorted. Our biggest objection is language. We had a hard time communicating with the staff at the hotel which was a bit unexpected from a hotel which brands themselves as 5 star. Overall we can recommend the...
