"Spa was not worth the extra charge if you are looking to use the hot tub. The water is luke warm. Felt dishonest on their part. Steam room was good. Staff requires you to wear swim caps to use the spa. Swim caps are an additional charge. We did not like that this was not mentioned until after we had already paid for the spa entrance fee. We were not provided any towels for the spa by reception. Luckily the woman that works in the spa gave us some after we asked. Reception staff needs...

"The hotel was nice and clean, some parts need a good scrub to get rid of water marks around the showers but still clean. Very friendly staff always with a smile. "Expedia should take this property down. The pictures used in the advertisement IS NOT the property and when questioned they claimed the pictures were used for illustrative purposes. Nowhere to get a cold drink in 37 degrees. Nowhere to eat like suggested in the pictures. Cockroaches everywhere!! We saw three rooms. No air con in bedrooms for 35 degree heat. We couldn’t wait to get home. Ruined our holiday. Only thing to mention that was clean and looked after and quiet was pool area. Pool bar...
