"Thank you to the staff for creating a beautiful experience. The team was diligent, kind, and empathetic to our needs. Guest services provided excellent assistance with understanding Japanese etiquette and local traditions. Our host spoke English, as well as many other languages! We were so impressed with the effort everyone put in to make our stay and honeymoon special. We will never forget this trip.
Arrived to Kinosaki by train, sent our luggage ahead, and it was waiting in our room upon...

"The property was unique and lovely. The staff were really helpful and explained everything clearly to us. The room itself was a traditional Japanese experience.
We did pay for a private onsen for an hour but the only downside was that the bubbles didn't work in the jacuzzi but other than that it was great"

"夕日ヶ浦の海岸からは少し離れるので歩いていくのは難しいですが、周りは静かでよかったです。
外国の従業員が対応してくださいましたが、とても愛想よく好印象でした。
お部屋は靴を脱いで過ごせる洋室で、子連れでもゆったり過ごせました。
温泉もよく露天も気持ちよかったです。
近くで食事をするところはほとんどありませんが、近くの寿司割烹美味しかったです。
前日に急遽予定した旅行でしたが、ゆっくり過ごせてとても満足でした。"
