"O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento na recepção foi bom, porém quando chegamos apesar de ser depois das 14h e o checkin iniciar as 13h, não tinha toalhas no quarto o que nos impediu de tomar um banho para relaxar. As toalhas chegaram depois das 17h. No dia seguinte o barulho dos hospedes iniciou ..."
