"The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." "Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!"
