"What a fabulous hotel! The city center location is excellent! The staff is brilliant and hospitable. The included breakfast had a wonderful assortment of delicious food on buffet and the Italian coffee was truly superb! I also loved that they had a harpist performing in the dining area. It made the experience next level. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return. "

"It’s such a beautiful hotel, like Versailles but with modern amenities. We loved it! I would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and access to terrace, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods. It was perfect. Metro was just out the entrance , tram stop as well. Walkable to Duomo and shopping area. I am picky and I definitely recommend it and it’s getting the 5 stars from me."
