Rooms were fine, staff were helpful. Bed was huge! The walls were super thin. When people were using water or flushing the toilet you could hear the water running, also anyone walking or talking you can hear everything. Noise until about 2am. If you’re a light sleeper it might not be for you.

Expensive for the hotel condition

The hotel location is good, the rooms condition is old and needs renovation. The breakfast selection is poor and the people who work there barely speaks English

Good stay overall with minimal issues, bathroom toilet took 15-30min to refill water to be able to flush again. Bus was required to get to the main areas and surrounding areas of Milan, just not great to walk

We knew the hotel would be very basic (based on the price), but it was worse than we expected - not a friendly welcome, very old amenities, €10 room service fee, toilet tank takes 5-10 min to refill. Glad we were there only for the night!

The property was ok. No air conditioning which we didn’t need at the time but visitors should know. Every day they left us coffee cups, and never replenished our coffee pods so not quite sure why they bothered to leave the cups on the coffee machine. As a morning lover, I did not like that at all.

Bad structure

Bad breakfast, air conditioning didn't work. They have change my bedroom, but not solved. The temperature was very hot, bad experience. Only the team and attendance was good
