Good staff

Excellent staff and short walk to Dergano metro station. 5 minutes walk to supermarket. The problem was the noise of the other guests, 3 out of 5 nights I could not sleep before 1am or even later. Maybe I was just unlucky.

I didn't like the fact it wasn't a very clean place and the room was a mix and match of different forniture. I believe a room like that should cost less than €20 per night, for the level of services and higiene. I'm very disappointed also because from the website it looked much better, so I believe I was mislead. Would never use this place again and won't recommend to anyone

Really disappointed.Even if it is cheap, it should at least be clean. The wall really need to be refreshed, there was water next to the shower when i arrived and a hair in the toilet. When i put the key in the lock, it fell apart (however the man at the reception came to change it during the evening). The sound isolation is awful, you can hear everything in the whole building and the street. There was only a sheet on my bed and i had to ask for a blanket.

Situata a pochissimi metri dalla metropolitana linea 3 ed a ridosso di una strada principale con molti negozi ed ulteriori mezzi di trasporto. La struttura è molto essenziale e gli ambienti sono abbastanza scarni. Per una sistemazione al volo risulta tuttavia utile poiché la vicinanza alla metro è molto comoda.L'accoglienza del personale è gentile e cortese.

Só para dormir e nada mais

Apenas para dormir e nada mais. Não se pode considerar que seja um hotel...diria antes uma pensão à imagem do que se poderia encontrar no largo do Rossio. Instalações antigas e nível de higiene no limite mínimo.

Ho soggiornato una sera e non c'era ne riscaldamento ne acqua calda.essendo ora tarda non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere aiuto. Sporco...sotto i letti c'era molta polvere e anche il bagno non era un granchè. Molte cose in degrado da sistemare. Sicuramente non ritornerò.qiando ho fatto presente della caldaia in blocco mi è stato offerto un caffè ..nonostante la notte gelida in cui ho dormito con il giubbotto. Neanche una doccia abbiamo potuto fare.lunica cosa positiva e' la metro a 500 metri.

Bueno:Se llega con un solo metro. Malo: mala atencion del personal. Mal aspecto de la propiedad y muy, muy sucia. No había donde sentarse en el jardín.. además había ratones rodeándolo y ellos ni demostraron preocupación por el tema.

Volevo dire ke sono rimasta delusa da una struttura fatiscente, ke non rispecchiava affatto le foto che pubblicizzano l hotel meno di zero stelle...zero pulizia piumoni buttati fuori dalle finestre spalacate cio ha dell assurdo x l igiene,sono scappata via perdendo i soldi senza voler vedere neanche la camera mi e bastato l esterno e quella sottospecie di reception di degrado assoluto veramente assurdo.

本当に駅出てすぐにありました。風呂トイレ共同ですが、個室だし部屋に洗面台はあるし、コスパは最高でした。敢えて難を言うなら入口や階段が狭くて大きい荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。
