Very quiet room. Nice and clean however there was a smell of cigarettes in my room otherwise it’s OK. The online remote, checking in is quite annoying. Breakfast was very good

hotel was good for a 1 night stay during design week. bed good, breakfast good, not so expensive like in center of milan, but you need a car for park & ride with metro.

The property was very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. The pillows were not nice and I didn't sleep as they were so uncomfortable. I didn't like not having a reception as we needed help. I thought it was expensive.

Nice and clean, however the automated gate, entrance and door unlocking takes some getting used to. Nice breakfast and clean rooms, however the restaurant could step up the food a bit for dinner :) Area is a bit dead and timeconsuming to get to without a car.

All the people working at this hotel are very helpful always welling and taking the time to help From the staff front desk to the people working at the restaurant Some issues with wifi but all resolve Maybe a little furniture in the room specially for the wardrobe and a place to put clothes

Best Hotel and Services in town

receptionist was a very kind and cooperative person. We mistakenly booked a room with double be but the guy on reception helped ud finding a twin bed and allowed us to check in even we were too late in night. We had to check out at 2:30 AM and he offered us a quick take away breakfast snacks for our journey and offered us a coffee before we start our journey back to airport => NEXT LEVEL service and kindness. I forgot the name of that guy BUT my heartiest thanks and Best Regards to that gentleman. Next time will definitely stay on that hotel just because of that Hotel Staff (Night Receptionist) as a gratitude of thanks for his professionalism and kind attitude. Strongly recommended

A we stayed there we understood that building consists of a hotel and a motel. We booked Hotel King, annex. What we didn‘t realize is that the word ‚annex‘ means that we stay in the motel and not in the hotel. I can't believe how terrible the accommodation is. From the house you enter the room as if through a garage and have to walk up 20 steps to the room. The accommodation is anything but nice. The fridge was out of the cupboard (there was a big hole in the cupboard) and was in the room. The bed was very hard. Regardless of the room it was very noisy because of the proximity to the highway. The reception and restaurant were very good. The breakfast was typical Italian and ok. But 1/2 hour before the end of breakfast there were no more rolls. Conclusion: The hotel room may be nice, but the motel room was absolutely not recommended.

Advertised as a 4 star and it’s definitely not, kitchen closes before its supposed to so only ate once during my stay, aircon wasnt working in the room so was red hot.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I’d like to give a special thanks to Domenico, the receptionist. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. His warm and welcoming attitude really enhanced my experience. Domenico’s attention to detail and willingness to help with any request made me feel at home. Checked into room that did not have working AC. Had to wait about an hour while the single person on staff first said he would call for assistance to fix (turns out he never called). When we came back to address the issue an hour later, he said there was nothing we could do and he had no other rooms available for us. Thankfully, the attendant to came on around 23:30 was much more helpful and was able to move us to another room with worming AC. However, this resulted in a very poor night of sleep as we only completed the move into the new room by approximately 01:00.

The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with. It self unsafe. The motel does not have a lift so you have to drag your bag up a flight of stairs. The room is poorly lit and could use some extra lighting. The motel room has a door for housekeeping to access and they were just a nuisance and noisy. We could smell cigarette smoke coming out of the housekeeping door. The room was serviced okay but the restroom was terrible, There were dirty towels in the restroom and the overall cleanliness of the restroom was very shabby. Also the toilet seat was wobbly, it tilted to one side when in use. Advice for travelers is not to be fooled by the lower rates on travel platforms and you would be better served by paying a higher price more closer to the city center. I checked out after the first night of my stay. Hotel management wanted to charge a premium if we were to move in the hotel building however given our initial experience we just did not think it was worth it. Not a 4 star property. Well at least not based on the service that I received. I have pictures to share on request as needed.
