Needs some attention to manage this place

Very hard to find the place. Instruction was not helpful until we made a lot of mistakes and got a video. The apartment was in front of a small river that produce mosquitos. The rooms and design were nice but the shower sink was clogged and cleared the next day. The washing machine was not working and had smelling water in it. The toaster could not stop and burnt the bread. The place needed a thorough repair and attention so that people would not have to suffer first then take time to contact for help. Towells and toilet paper were not enough for three days.

Helt ok men dåligt städat och alla utrustning fungerade inte så som torktumlare. Lägenheten var inte heller möblerad som på bilderna. Läget är däremot väldigt bra nära till det mesta.

Full apartment living in Niviglio

The property was so great and we loved it. The only thing that was quite different to us, is that we had to check in at a property office, and then told the apartment was walking distance from there. We had a huge suitcase and walked 20 Minutes in the freezing cold! If we had been better informed, we would have kept our cab there waiting from the airport, or maybe they can help to arrange transportation. The ladies that checked us in were so lovely and the whole experience was quite nice except for this one thing. We would highly recommend this place for extended stays of a week or more. The neighborhood has very good options for dining and drinking and is fully equipped as an apartment.

Great Location!

I reserved this place because is close to where my daughter will study and will live. It is a one bedroom apartment, ample living room, good kitchen size. Bathroom has got a bathtub. The only thing is that there is no AC. Apartment is located in a nice building on Pavese 20 in front of a water canal. There is a shop next to the building and around the corner on Carlos Darwin there is an Express shop too. We whished we could stay longer. It is located in Navigli neighborhood where all restaurant and bar action take place. This neighborhood is safe and with lots of people. Also it is just about a few blocks from NABA (our university), Domus, and Bocconi (across the water canal). Metro stations close by (5 blocks) are Porta Genova and Romolo. a tip, be careful when reserving with Italian Way since they have an office in Navigli, close to san Gottardo street because is where you get the apartment keys and return them. The apartment was new and clean, so I would stay again. We suffer a bit in checking in and getting to the apartment as it was our first time in Milan, besides heavy luggage. Overall people friendly and willing to help at Italian Way.
