Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room temperature was set at 23.5C, a bit too warm for me from Canada. Walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping district nearby.

My visit was during cold and rainy weather, the location was central to everything I wanted to do and the size of the room/ bathroom was perfect. Everything worked and it was very clean. Samar kept my room in good shape for a 7 night stay and the staff supported me with calling taxis every morning that came within 5 minutes. Thank you Sheraton Diana Majestic team for an amazing birthday stay.

We wanted a nicer hotel close to the main train station. A metro station is a block away and took that to the main train station. 15 min. commute. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The staff was amazing and helpful even went above and booked is train tickets, also we got a super early check in at 10am because of our baby.. the outside garden was amazing 👏.. overall hotel is perfect . Also enzo was 10/10

Definitely an older hotel, but more along the lines of characteristically charming. It was a last minute stay and was lovely. Private parking area a huge bonus! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

A perfect stau

Loved the walk in closet, the bathtub, and decor of the room especially the period-specific furniture. Convenient as hotel is close to the metro, and not too far from train station, a short taxi away but hotel is in a great neighborhood. Room is spacious. Would stay there again.
