This is a first-rate international hotel. The location by Milano Centrale is the main attraction, but the hotel is super. The desk and breakfast staff are friendly and speak English. Gluten free breakfast options are available if you ask. The rooms are great. My only criticism is that the doors have some minor issues and could use some love. I would definitely stay here next visit to Milan.

Very convenient to Milano Centrale and a very helpful, pleasant staff. But the immediate area around the train station is not very appealing, so you should count on taking the Metro to other neighborhoods if you really want to enjoy what Milan has to offer

This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again.
