"We had an amazing time however the pool and hot tub are so full of chlorine it was intolerable and our eyes burned so bad. I only lasted about 15 mins before eyes were bloodshot and hard to keep open. Kids lasted a little longer but not much."

"We stayed here for about a week. The price was great. But please understand that you will be giving up some of the luxuries in exchange. No daily linen change. No room cleaning. No free shampoo and bath soap. No dishes to use. So if you know about these omissions and you are ok with it, you will enjoy your stay. There is a shopping center across the street. We just went and got the things we needed. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. It’s in a nice area of town. Yes like other have said. The walls are thin and you can hear the TV from the room next to you clearly. But that’s my only negative We will be looking at this place as our first choice option hotel whenever we are in town."

"The location is great if you are wanting to be close to The Ranch event center. The rooms are a little narrow but its nice to have a couch. The bathroom door is glass so light floods into the room if the bathroom light is on. The only thing I'd like to point out for parents is the pool is so tiny I legitimately thought it could be a big hot tub. It wasn't. Just a tiny indoor pool. Two of my kids still got in and made the best of it but thankfully no one else was in it or it'd be crowded. If your looking for a pool for the kids to stetch out after a travel day, you might want to look down the street near Scheels. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and close to our event."

"This a well located property with efficient check-in and comfortable rooms. The common areas are well kept, and there is a nice fireplace and outdoor seating area. My only reason for rating the hotel less than excellent as that the breakfast food and coffee ran low/out on two of my three days there, but the staff worked together for it to be replenished. "

"The front desk was extremely helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special, other than the packages of chocolate donuts. The kids loved those for snacks."
