"The property was clean and well-maintained, the room was absolutely beautiful and big, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were super appreciated and I hadn’t seen that before (I don’t travel often, but still). The woman working the night shift at the front desk, Brianna, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. So kind, personable, and helpful, we loved her so much.

"Very disappointing response from the hotel staff following a security incident. After attending an event at M&T Stadium, I parked at the hotel parking lot around 11:30 PM and woke up at 5:30 AM to find that my car camera had recorded someone attempting to open the passenger-side door.
