"This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful with all our questions, the restaurant served great food, and the cleaning staff kept the place immaculate. The only problem I saw was a lack of lighting in the desk area in our room."

"We had a lovely stay this the Monopol - great location, lovely breakfast and the kids loved the pool. My only irk was the lighting in the bedrooms - the rooms were incredibly dark with little natural light and only dim mood lighting dotted about. This made it difficult to get ready properly/do make up without looking like a clown once you got outside."

"First of all the hotel is in a fantastic position for Sightseeing it’s as close as it gets for the square. The staff are fantastic and most helpful. We were in a 4 star room and it’s basic, nice twin bed shower pressure adequate and be warned there is No safe in the room, the breakfast wasn’t for us and we had breakfast out on last day although they did bacon on second day so had a bacon roll. But the issue I had the fantastic bar they have, shuts at 9:00 at night which is unfortunate thought it may have stopped open a bit later for guests. On the positive side the bed was comfortable, more importantly the town square and food outlets are all within 100m from the front door."

"Beautiful modern hotel in Wroclaw. A block from the main square and really easy to walk to everything you want to do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect size for 2 people with 2 giant suitcases. Love that they have a water station on every floor and they give you a glass carafe to fill. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning worked great, bath amenities were good quality. We had a room facing the interior atrium and it was nice though it makes it a little harder to check on the weather before going outside. If you care about that, ask for a room with a window facing outside. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel in an excellent location Really enjoyed my stay at Scandic Wrocław. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Wrocław Główny station and around 10–15 minutes on foot from the Old Town and Rynek. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV, desk and separate table with comfortable chairs. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and bathtub. My only minor criticism was that the pillows could have been more comfortable. There’s a small but useful 24-hour gym and a family-sized sauna available at various times. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Standard check-in is 16:00, although early check-in or late check-out is available for around 80 PLN. Overall, excellent value, comfortable and ideally located. I would happily stay here again."

"I love that hotel and I travel almost every year from U.S. with my family. Everything is amazing except people working at reception never smile and are not very welcoming to the guests. I have been traveled around the world and had never experienced cold welcome like this. My personal opinion is that they need to have some extra training how to be more hospitable or just change the receptionists!!"

"Best choice in Wroslaw. Adorable hotel with super comfortable beds and tasteful rooms with a secure underground garage , steps away from the old town square. Very easy check-in/check-out. Do call to reserve the parking before arrival. I included a parking request in the booking page of Expedia and the hotel didn’t seem to get it ( happened with another booking thru Expedia). This time I called from the road and reserved the parking. You need to stop at reception first as only a porter can open the garage door and show you where to park, same with exit . Sounds complicated but it was not and, in fact , it was faster and easier . We also loved that there is an elevator from the garage directly to your floor ( and checking in, getting your room key and then parking, made even more sense). We stayed only one night as we were in a rush to drive to our final destination, otherwise, would have loved to stay longer. Wroslaw is a very interesting city to explore and enjoy on a slower pace . If we come back to Wroslaw, ARR hotel will be my first choice"
