At check-in, we were told our room was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after check in time, when I questioned why that was the case for a “5 star” hotel, they miraculously found another room available to give us, figure that! There were plenty of friendly staff, but they were not attentive. ...

We had a fantastic stay at Granbell, many thanks. The room was fantastic, the staff excellent and the included breakfast phenomenal. We would love to stay again.
