Nice Cozy Comfort in The heart of Town

A nice hotel in walking distance of all your favorite hometown attractions. Pet Friendly The overall stay and accomodations are four stars the initial view of my room is great but then the sheets were stained and the coffee maker had coffee but no condiments pack with the sugar n creamer.

Bedroom was fine staff were pleasnt to deal with but only had coffee no breakfast of any sort. This is why I listed it as average. too many motels either have no restraunt or no breakfast of any kind. having breakfast available puts that motel adove the crowd.

Stayed here with my wife and kid while visiting our oldest that goes to college. The condition of this hotel is very poor as well as outdated. Black mold growing in the bathroom from ceiling to walls as well around the toilets. Beds were very thin, as if you were sleeping on cots. To save people the inconvenience of walking so much, if you need new towels, you are expected to turn in your dirty ones to the main office in order to get new ones.

No one is ever at the front desk, which in 61 years is a first. Secondly the listing, as well as information in the room, stated breakfast was included, yet there was nothing available. Water didn't drain from the tub shower until I was out of the shower so your standing in dirty water. Just gross.

I was evacuated from my home due to hurricane Milton. When I checked in I told front desk that I may leave earlier than my reservation. They said that was fine. When the mandatory evacuation was lifted I went to check out a day early. They would not let me without paying for all nights. Needless to say I was not happy with this. Any help I could get to get a night refund would be greatly appreciated.
