"We chose this hotel based off of the water park and regretted it. It was very crowded and not monitored by staff well at all. Kids were running every where, going down the slides backwards and two at a time. It felt very chaotic and like an accident waiting to happen. Staff was not very friendly upon check in. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, but the walk from our room to get there was long and confusing. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small and dark and felt a bit outdated. Overall, I would not stay here again. "
"This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean & spacious, breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and my family really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. "
