Our room was clean and comfortable, but just a bit far away from reception... I think we were the furthest out in 292. The staff were excellent... so friendly and helpful. Good location, friendly staff, rooms tidy just lacking quality of 4th star. No spa facilitates lets down the hotel and inconsistency in room condiments. Check in was slow and mismanaged taxi bookings etc.
