"Brand new hotel, with modern and big rooms. Very clean, with kind service and good breakfast. Close to the highway.
The only bad point is that to reach a restaurant a car is needed"

"Room was clean, hotel was nice. Views were amazing. It’s outside of the town, you have to take a cable car up to Taormina. Very expensive for what you get. Very very noisy."
"The hotel is in a lovely spot, overlooking the sea, but there is very little around and about…everything seemed to be shut (end of May). The rooms are nice, if a bit dated, and the pool area is clean and well kept. Only thing was the noise from the building work on site meant you couldn’t really relax easily on the sunloungers. Food was lovely - great breakfast."
"We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The pool area is lovely and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. We didn’t have the breakfast but we had snacks at the pool which were great.
The hotel is a little way out of town in a quiet area so it’s around €17 - €22 each way in a taxi inc a tip to get into the centre of town by the elephant statue. There’s a bus stop around 10 mins walk away and a Tabacchio near there to get your bus ticket.
I would also recommend you take the hotel up on their helpful offer to arrange your airport transfers as their option is about €10 cheaper than flagging a cab at the airport.
For the price of the hotel and the lovely pool it’s worth being a little way out of town."
"When we first checked in the girl that was helping me said our room was not ready, then our friends who checked in next got their room, then the next friends got their room, then all of a sudden our room was ready and supposedly we were given a upgrade for the wait. I thought it was odd as others in our group got their rooms, upon check in.
Anyhow, the other girl at the counter, Alessandra, I believe her name was, was amazing. She gave us, restaurant ideas and made a reservation for the 6 of us at a place called Bella.. it was great and she also booked us a car for the airport the next morning. She was very nice and professional, with personality. Not like the gal that checked us in.
Our room had a view of a roof . Was not a bad room. It was clean and had a decent shower. Was a stop over for the night before returning home. Plus, we had bathrobes and slippers and my sister appreciated that. Over all it was a good location to get out, shop, eat and enjoy. Thank you. The breakfast was nice as well."
"Truly enjoyed my stay, the location was worth it as you aren’t in the middle of town but only a 5 minute walk to the cable car, however Isola Bella is front of you along with great restaurants. The staff was all so nice and they remembered your name to the point they treat you as they know you from before. The tote bag and slippers was a nice touch as well! Gabriele at the pool was the cherry on top of my stay. He was very attentive, made sure I never even had a chance to think “where is he I need a drink”. I didn’t even want to go to the beach as I was so comfortable at the pool. Breakfast with a view and a little bit of everything to eat. If you are renting a car, onsite parking is clutch!
Room was great and spacious , had beach view with patio. If you are a light sleeper I don’t suggest this room as you can here the cars at night but I just turned the tv on and was fine"
