"The door to our room had been broken. We had to swipe our key literally 50 times every time to get in. Staff was rude when a new key was requested due to the key issue. There were balls of hair on the floor in the pool room and all through the pool. The hot tub was not marked broken but the water temp was at 65 degrees. Coffee in the lobby was cold. The arcade games would take the credits but not work with no resolution from staff as the machines are from a "third party". It's really such a shame as my family and I have been going here for years on spring break. We will have to try somewhere new next year unfortunately.

"We stayed at Green Mountain Suites in Burlington last night, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming.
The suites are spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for resting after an emotional and meaningful trip. The fireplace added such a cozy touch, making the space feel even more special and relaxing.
The staff was kind and attentive, always willing to help and making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The overall environment is quiet, beautiful, and thoughtfully maintained.
We especially appreciated how serene and comforting everything felt—it was exactly what we needed.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and a peaceful stay in Burlington."
"The motel was functional and clean. Badly in need of updating and decorating. I upgraded to a deluxe room to have a better sitting area for the evening when we got back. Unfortunately Netflix and Chromecast were not working and there wasn't much choice of shows on network TV. No movie channels offered. So the upgraded seating was not needed. Breakfast was the very basic continental offered at most of these "free breakfast" motels."

"The staff that I met when I checked in was awesome. I was feeling super sick and he got me to my room immediately. When k checked out the next AM no issues and even though it was 11:40 i got a ride to the airport. I usually get names but didnt this time."
