Curtains dont even shut fully and they themselves looked like someone had just converted a black bedsheet into curtains. I will not be staying here again."

"The staff were very helpful and gave clear information. Room was modern and very clean with great amenities including a teapot which made me happy. Only issue was in Room 10 the shower head kept moving over to one side and needs a little maintenance. Other than that, I would stay there again. Affordable, clean, tidy and easy."

"Staff attitude was absolutely poor. I arrived at the front desk and the staff just picked up the phone, keeping me waiting. I was first to arrive then I should be serviced first not the phone. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I don’t have the patience for 2min to take the phone call. Not good service. Next there is a sign outside the kitchen saying access hours 8am to 10pm, else they will be fined. This does not make sense. I had to warm up my food at 11pm not knowing this sign was there. But I didn’t go in, due sign about fine. Absolutely ridiculous. No empathy for customers. I think the customer service is lacking in this establishment."
