"Room was clean, but sink would not drain. My husband pulled a huge wad of hair out of the drain. The shower was so hot, we couldn’t even use it.
No parking lot, had to use valet.
Won’t be staying again and especially for the amount of money we paid for room, and understand it was at the time of the College World Series."
"We were in town for the College World Series. Room rates were expensive everywhere, and this was no exception. That is to be expected, though. While not exactly cheap, we found it to be as affordable or more so than other options in the area. It’s not a five-star hotel, so don’t come expecting it (want the Hilton, then stay at the Hilton)! Still, it was a clean, comfortable place to stay, and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had during our three day stay. No restaurants within walking distance, but everything is relatively nearby in the Omaha area. You can be anywhere within 15 minutes. We could be at the stadium in seven or eight minutes."
"I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. I would have asked for a room change if it hadn’t been so late at night when I arrived, and I was tired after traveling. Also, I did not find the staff to be very helpful with answering questions. There were 2 bottles of water in my room, and after opening one, I discovered that they were NOT complimentary, but I would be charged $3/ bottle! With the price I paid for the room, they could have given 2 bottles of water! I decided to not open the second bottle, as I was led to believe that I would not be charged for the second, as long as it was not opened. I was still charged $7.50 for the water when I checked my credit card statement a couple of days later. My breakfast was good, but pricey. Understand that this is also NOT a complimentary breakfast! When I booked the room, I was given the option of adding my breakfast for $12.00. I decided not to do this as I don't eat much. I was just planning on having some fruit and yogurt and coffee. That was even expensive! I highly recommend that you pay for the breakfast when you book, if given the option. I do NOT recommend this hotel and won’t be staying again."
"Very big king room with sofa. Hot breakfast with entree changed each day along with waffles. They were doing some renovations but no real inconvenience. Over priced but that was probably because of the college World Series."
"They were able to accommodate checking into the room at 1:30 am which I was greatful of. Once we got checked in and went up to our room. The whole hall smelled of smoke this was the 3 rd floor. As we entered the room there was a roach that appeared. I did call the next morning requesting another room on a different level as my son has asthma and the smoke was causing a flare up. I was declined the option to change floors. But placed in a different room. So that we were comfortable I had to purchase roach spray and plug scents."
