"The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. No noise at all on the high floors. I had a service issue and staff were concerned and were addressing the problem. All communications were clear and considerate. I found the area of town close to all the things a traveling couple require. I would return here and recommend it."

"I stayed at the Bilderberg 2 years ago and thought it was excellent. So much so that I returned to the Bilderberg this year. The facility has been renovated and the results are beautiful. The lobby is open and multiple check in kiosks/computers are available. The rooms seemed larger to me and the decor was wonderful. Breakfast at the Bilderberg was more than adequate and I hate the thought of returning to my old breakfast practices in America.(Maybe I can do it on weekends.) The staff is very helpful and answered travel directions with a flip of their cell phones, whether it was the Metro, the tram,, bus, taxis, etc. Everybody was able to answer questions in English or Dutch and I imagine in other languages, too. We stayed at City Inn at Radison Amsterdam West but preferred the Bilderberg in Rotterdam."

" The corner suite was nice and had a wonderful view of Centraal Station. Giotta at reception desk was wonderful! She was very nice, hospitable and very helpful as was the trainee, Chelsea(?). They were both especially helpful with directions with public transportation The kitchen was full fully equipped. However, the shower drain was slow as was the laundry dryer. We had to go to a different floor to finish drying the clothing. We would stay here again when we are back in Rotterdam Location was fantastic"

"Such a fun hotel. Definitely the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in. Going into the room through a hidden bookcase door is so cool. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Space was at a premium but I wasn’t bothered about a huge spacious room. Just somewhere comfortable to sleep with a shower and it fits that bill perfectly. It being super close to the train station is also a great benefit. And they have a bag drop option too so you can leave your bags after checking out if you have time to spare. "

"This is a very nice place. However, the entire time I was there, they only cleaned the room once and then they told me that I had to ask to have the room cleaned and they should’ve told me that right when I checked in other than that, it was great. "
