The room was clean and nice. Great location and the parking garage was a plus. My only negative is the fridge in our room was tiny. We went out for dinner and brought left overs back to the room. They wouldn't fit in the fridge so they went to waste. However, 5 stars for the staff! Everyone i interacted with was amazing! Especially the young man who checked us in (i wish I got his name) I would stay here again 100%

The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again.

The hotel and lobby were nice. The room was good as weak except for some kind of moldy/musty smell that would show up. I couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from, but suspect it was from the carpet behind the bed headboard. Staff are nice. Location is in a sketchy area, some homelessness is present and most of the shops are shutdown around the hotel. Parking is not included, breakfast is not included. The pool is small but nice, the gym has all you need. The brew house next to the hotel has a rodent problem, I guarantee you will see it, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The restaurant Im the hotel is good.

Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.

Parking was secure, with a code needed to enter. Staff was professional and courteous. Excess air freshener or fragrance in lobby was not appreciated. Room was quiet but so close to pool that it smelled like chlorine. Great walkable location, in the heart of the West Bank theater district with great restaurants. Close to light rail also.

Nice property with friendly staff. The downside is what is available outside the hotel. Most businesses boarded up...the rest tend to state their political beliefs on the door going in. If you are trying to go to an event at the stadium and want to get away from the troubles you see in the news, this area is not the place. A little spendy, but a great hotel.......very poor venue otherwise.
