Enjoyed my stay and extended it. Close to everything. Clean and spacious. Had check in issues initially but was able to call and get handled quickly. Parking is also a big plus. Will definitely book again however will choose higher upper floor.

I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay, and made the whole stay feel genuinely personal. I’ve stayed at far more expensive hotels and still never had customer service this thoughtful. They even upgraded me to a room with laundry so I could wash my airport clothes. If you’re in town, stay here.

This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!

Brand new units with lots of space. Full size kitchen, small living area and bedroom but big bathroom, walk in closet and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and free snacks and sodas were appreciated. The free breakfast is not substantial like at Embassy Suites as it's just pastries, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and fruit but it's better than nothing. The downside was that a motor in the closet made a noise the whole time and I called maintenance and they said the fan needed to stay on and would not come to fix it. The couch was small and uncomfortable and you can't lay down on it as it's only loveseat sized. Make sure to use the QR code in the lobby for parking as it's a lot cheaper than paying in the garage.
