Celeste of St Paul
The lady who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. Told us to park in the ramp but didn't explain how to get back into the hotel. We eventually figured out that we had to walk out to the street, up the sidewalk, and enter the hotel on the side entrance. A heads up would have been helpful. When ...

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
No ding for a minor cleaning thing or the wrapped plastic water cups. Bed and room were very comfortable. Only 2 miles from MSP and free shuttle. Nice little bar, restaurant with limited menu. Nice coffee shop just across the street.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
The room was very clean. The chairs are old with worn spots; not the most inviting for an expensive room. Everything else was very welcoming.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
Hot tub was under consyruction even though website said it was supposed to be completed weeks before our stay. Bed was rock hard. Parking lot wasn't plowed and barely driveable. I will never stay here again.
