"The villa was clean and location was great! However, it looked nothing at all like any of the pictures listed… it was like Grandpas cabin in the 80’s. Which was so disappointing that I paid for a renovated/ modern cabin. Highly recommend they add some realistic pictures. I’m sure some are updated but ours was so far from it. It was fine and comfortable, but definitely not what I meant to book and pay so much for."

"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"I booked this place for a 3-week chronic pain program and had to leave within the first hour. There was visible mold, it was filthy, and nothing matched the listing photos. I requested a refund immediately they refused. I never got my money back. I had to book multiple hotels just to make it through my program. This place cost me a fortune and added stress I absolutely didn’t need. Total scam. Avoid it. gonna have to take them to small claims court. "
