"If you have to travel to the Twin Cities area, Maple Grove is a nice option out of downtown yet close enough to everything on the 494 loop. This Hilton Garden Inn is tremendous amongst those options. We checked in at 9:50, and the manager alerted us to the restaurant/bar closing in 10 minutes. 10 minutes before close on a Thursday, most restaurants are busy in their shut down procedures. Fred not only kept the kitchen open, but we had a steak that was better than most places calling...

"Our first room was not clean. The second room we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes & she did her best & tried to clean, but missed the trash and the entire bathroom. Kia was a doll, and it was not her fault. We went to dinner so she could finish cleaning, and got back and decided to leave. She told us she was going to refund us because of the trouble. Staff was amazing, cleaning was not."

"Extremely clean and updated spaces from lobby to rooms. Quiet and in a safe area. Noon check out time is also a great perk! Will stay again when in the area."

"The staff was initially friendly. The water heater went out and nothing was communicated. When we called they got standoffish. Also the electrical outlets were touchy, if you plugged the hair dryer in too far they didn't work. The maintenence guy they sent up was great! Also maybe I missed it but it would have been nice to know parking wasnt included. Shuttle service to the airport was wonderful and very helpful. "

"I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Sunday morning, me and my friends woke up around 4am to find a bed bug on the pillow, an adult size bed bug at that, we caught it in a plastic cup and brought it down to the front desk, he asked if we needed new sheets, we asked for a different room because we had no where else to go at that time in the morning, no other hotel close by would let us check in until 4pm. He said he’d let the manager know what was going on and that we could talk...
