"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "Struttura di fascia alta che rispetta le attese. Ciò che non è ammissibile, però, è che l'acqua dell'idromassaggio a servizio della tenda era fredda ed è rimasta tale anche dopo la "regolazione" effettuata dal personale addetto...........l'acqua fredda no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay"
