She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. We tried to turn the air conditioning on but couldn’t and were told it was “locked.” The hotel was nice and clean but it was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. "
