"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. "Absolutely lovely hotel! Beautifully re-done in last couple of years. Staff was great, lovely dining area. Our only comment about this property is the accessibility. No parking and the taxis would not drop us off in front of hotel due to narrow street. If the hotel calls the taxi for you the taxis will come right to their front door. "
