"Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. "

Waking up to views overlooking Sayulita’s main beach and the pool area was truly something special — the scenery alone made the trip worth it. Everything was spotless, from the room to the shared amenities, and it was clear the property takes great pride in cleanliness and upkeep. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They were always available, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, great amenities, and exceptional service, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again."
