Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch wƤhrend einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch auĆerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. Die Betten waren fĆ¼r uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "

"Wir waren bereits zum 7. Mal im Baltic Park Fort Ć¼ber VacationClub und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schƶne Kurzurlaube.
In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verƤndert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-AblƤufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich LĆ¼ftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...
