"No issues whilst staying here, rooms were clean and toiletries provided. Given we were in a family room, 4 cups and glasses should have been provided rather than just the 2. Bottles of water provided too."

"I got there and the air didn’t work and there was a mold stinch. They boughy mold spray as of that would work. Long story short, I end up being put in a nearby villa. There was water issues. It stopped working then it was clay colored. Then there were flies in the downstairs toilet. I tried but had to leave and find somewhere to stay for the remainder of my stay. I asked to speak to management twice and they never reached out to me. Eventually I did at least get a refund for the days I did not stay there. It is also in a terrible location. You can’t walk to anything conveniently so you will have to rely on Bolt. A couple of times they cancelled my ride so it was a waiting game."

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"The property is amazing lovely decorations and design, lots of very quality appliances and furniture, loved the pool and the whole garden, The communication with the host was a bit hard, we let them know we will arrive late and no one was there to greet us , no code for the locker box was provided, after a we finally checked in first few days we had a water issue, no water at all in the whole villa was solved after 2 days, after that no one informed us that we need to leave the key in the locker box for the maid and pool maintenance, and we did no have a cleaning service for the first 7 days. They are quite prompt on WhatsApp and they do reply fast . Be informed you need to pay for the electricity 8 THB /kwh. Overall was a lovely experience we would love to return. Also keep in mind the property has 3 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom ( only toilet and sink ) it’s quite an inconvenience for 3 couples. "

"The housekeeper was most industrious and thorough. The property is quaint with 2 cats and one dog who reside within the grounds. The swimming pool is deep water at one end and it is most refreshing after a busy day of travel. There is an excellent Indian restaurant just along the road that we visited. It was a short stay but the proprietor was most hospitable and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for an overnight stay or even as a base to explore Phuket or Takua Pa."
