"Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing. TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value. "

"I hosted a small ceremony as my wife and I decided to elope. We chose this place due to the location. With that being said, I had reserved the patio for our ceremony in advance and I was told they could accommodate. With that being said, I got there and Anita was the only bright spot on our special day. She was the front desk representative and made sure that we were taken care of best of her ability. The other staff members were not so helpful and for some reason weren’t aware of my reservation...

"The only thing we didn’t like was that there is no dresser to put clothes in. We think that is kind of strange since there is adequate room for a dresser. We love everything else about this hotel. We have stayed numerous times here and it’s always been wonderful."

"There is no housekeeping unless you are in the room. The only deliveries to the room is via robot. No in room dining. Rooms were not that clean. Not convenient to downtown. Casino was great and casino restaurants were great. The hotel needs to step it up."

"Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....
