After I made my breakfast plate I was asked for my breakfast voucher… so I went and asked the front desk & he said I didn’t have a breakfast included in my hotel stay. I guess they let the food go to waste. It was really disappointing… will never book the 4 points again. The room was lovely."

"Breakfast was good, and the staff were generally friendly. However, my experience with housekeeping was disappointing. While my room was being serviced the day before checkout, there were a couple of tags and some paper that my children had left on the floor. The housekeeper asked me to pick them up because she said she had “broken her back.” While I understand physical limitations, I found the interaction unprofessional and unexpected during a room service cleaning"
