This is a superbly run hotel. The reception staff are very efficient and intuitive to guest needs. This hotel Has everything you could possibly need. Free light breakfast, tea coffee hot drinks, water machine, usb in room in case you forgot Adaptors. The staff work very hard to keep this place in ship shape. The room was spotless. The staff are so friendly . As for other guests that can’t be helped unfortunately they were hosting a loud wedding party but one call to reception resolved the noise...

The room was a good size Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

Excellent location for airport and travelling into Toronto with great breakfast and friendly and welcoming staff, rooms very clean, modern and spacious with plenty of onsite free and safe parking.

Very conveniently located for all major attractions and pickups for third party excursions. Room was spacious and clean and the staff always very courteous.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location, 5 minute walk to Yonge Street. Will return when I am back in Toronto.

Lovely stay. Surprising that it only has 2 stars! Clean hotel, modern and spacious rooms, staff is lovely. The bed is beyond comfortable! Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Toronto.

Convenient for the airport with the free shuttle. Room was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool wasn’t open due to maintenance which wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again.

The airport shuttle comes if you call them from the airport and everything about the hotel is absolutely fantastic actually and the breakfast is surprisingly fantastic My one reservation is some of the reception staff seemed very unhappy. I think they need to treat them better probably by management.

This is a comfortable, clean & extremely pleasant hotel. I would highly recommend it. It has multiple retail facilities inc restaurants, bars & a huge cinema opposite. The staff & hotel manager could not do more to assist with any needs.

Excellent hotel and service.

Staff were welcoming, and very helpful. Room was big and clean and anything we needed was catered for straight away. Overall lovely stay and would definitely book again.
