"When checked in for my stay I received the wrong room, second attempt for a room the Ac was broken. Got moved to a different room and no TV remote was in the room. I will not be coming back to this location. "

"The room had a couple of chips on the floor and sofa but everything else appeared clean. The girl at the front desk did not seem happy to be there. She would not make eye contact, smile and mumbled. The room was very spacious and comfortable the location was perfect and the pool and decor was fabulous. Would stay there again "

"This is our 1st visit to this hotel. The room was slightly small for a King, nothing was loaded on the tv for viewing any shows. We had to put our own membership online to view. The restaurant was adequate but with the amount of people trying to get fed the wait was over an hour, hotel should up the staff on weekends. The casino was not very inviting with only 2 tables to play blackjack for $15 a hand.I will check out other hotels and see if this is the norm. "
