"I was very impressed with the design of the hotel. The decor was awesome. There was so much interesting art to look at. The rooms were very long and narrow, but very comfortable. The beds were very good. The decor in the rooms was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and functional. The restaurant was amazing the breakfast and coffee restaurant was fun and had fancy coffees and a nice variety of breakfast items. The valet parking was fine. They did forget to clean our room, which was fairly annoying, but they provided us with towels and extra coffee and kept apologizing. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. It was a very good location for seeing many of the sites in St. Louis. "
"The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Gateway Arch, and a short walk to Busch Stadium and many restaurants, making sightseeing easy. Self-parking was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, but had ample space and was easy to find.
Our city-view room on the 11th floor was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The staff at the front desk, and at Starbucks in the lobby, were polite, positive, and helpful."

8/10 Good
"Great corner room (2005). But no fridge.
The check-in gal was great but the check-out guy has zero hospitality....no greeting, no thank you ....nothing for gracious representation of hospitality industry worker."
Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
2/10 Terrible
"I booked a King suite and paid extra money. I needed the larger countertop space in the bathroom . When I arrived, they said that someone was in that room and for some reason it did not show it on hotels.com that the room was taken. I asked at least two or three times as long as the other room that you put me in has a large countertop space he kept telling me oh yes, they all have that large counter countertop. It did not. Then they would not give me back the price difference.
In the morning, I tried to speak with a manager and she was cold and rude, argumentative & acted like it was my problem, not hers and said well here here’s the number to corporate.
