Very helpful and friendly staff, thank you!

A little oasis, so conveniently located for the airport. Beautifully furnished rooms, very friendly staff. Definitely will be returning.

Very clean and friendly staff. The staff are always eager to help you.

Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time. Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative. Both ladies made my birthday...

Superb. Wonderful staff. Great rooms. Roof top bar and terrace excellent. Exceptional food and service. Thank you, Glenn

Superb room in immaculate condition, staff were really friendly and helpful. A superb place to stay.

Excellent throughout. Close enough to enjoy the city center (15mins by car) and beach (20mins by car), without getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of crowds. Exceptional staff, both caring and informative.

A true gem - very helpful staff and in an excellent area. Beautiful rooms.

Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests. We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are...

This is one of the most stylish and unusual hotels in which I have ever had the pleasure of staying. I believe the building was constructed around 1900 but only became a hotel around 15 years ago. It is furnished in the spirit of art nouveau with spacious and comfortable public areas and beautifully appointed bedrooms. We were lucky enough to have a suite in which both the sitting and bedrooms had very high ceilings, the edges of each being delicately stencilled. Each room had a very large...

Fantastic spot right in the centre of historic Catania. The staff were super helpful, waiting for us even though our flight was delayed on a Sunday night. The room was delightful with views of the cathedral and tucked right behind the theatre. Lovely breakfast spread which we ate on the delightful terrace. Couldn't recommend enough. Comfortable bed and A/C to boot!

Delightful short stay. Property is immaculate, fresh and bright. Room was large with a good bathroom and lovely terrace. Nice breakfast served. Very friendly hosts. Would highly recommend.

We were stranded in Catania due to a Mount Etna ash cloud. Marilu and her hotel team ensured we had a lovely unexpected stay and were incredibly helpful helping use with plans to get back to the UK. The property is wonderful and calming … just what we needed

I ended up being stranded due to the airport closure. I booked my hotel on Expedia in a rush at the airport and when I arrived it turned out I book it for October. The staff were wonderful and accommodated me as they could see I was in stressed safe. I then had to extend my stay as the airport was closed another day, I changed my room to a suite and the suite was incredible, totally amazing and was glad I got to experience it The staff made my stay so compassionate and understanding. Thank you...

We travelled for the last two weeks of August 2015 touring Sicily and stayed here for 3 nights (23 Aug 2015 - 26 Aug 2015). It was the best hotel we stayed in for the whole duration and far better than Grand Palace Hotel in Marsala which was a disappointment given that it is a 5 Star place. The hotel is neat and very tidy. There is not the slightest sign of wear and tear anywhere. It is obvious that management take great pride in their establishment and it is immediately apparent as the rooms...

Great rooms clean and modern, Alina is great, location perfect for restaurants, bars and site seeing. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Catania.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels are changed daily. There is free wifi and a good range of TV channels. Breakfast is varied and very good, with fresh fruit, excellent coffee and tea facilities, freshly squeezed orange juice, other juices, scrambled or boiled eggs and bacon, continental cheeses and ham and salad, croissants , breads and cakes, non gluten choices, and even sometimes panacotta! The real stars however, are the staff, who are professional but at the same...

Beautiful hotel, very modern, very clean. Comfy beds, beautiful pool. Breakfast very nice selection of hot and cold food. Staff and service exceptional. Price reasonable. Only downside is expensive drinks from poolside bar.

Stunning hotel, stunning room and the most helpful, kind staff.

Our stay was fabulous with nothing to fault it. Our host was looking out for us when we arrived, helped with parking and very welcoming. The apartment, room, and terrace were lovely with great attention to detail. Great breakfast. The accommodation was only minutes away from the duomo but also situated in a small very pretty square.
