"Wir waren eine Woche da, viele haben wir so mitbekommen bleiben nur eine oder 2 Nächte.Personal war immer freundlich auch wenn wir Verständigungsprobleme hatten da wir nur sehr schlecht englisch sprechen.Haben uns nicht allzuviel im Hotel aufgehalten waren ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs. "Unfortunately, the pool experience was a little disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a water park but when we arrived, the pool was ice cold and the slides were closed for the season. I really want to highlight that the staff were absolutely wonderful- truly welcoming professionals. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.
