"The room we stay was needed a change due to basin and bathroom water choked. But the staff was kind to replace our room on second night. It was a chaos but a change of room is necessary in order to bath."

"Great hotel with very good location. Very nice Onsen and free massage chairs😊. Close to bus stops ( bus Nr1 take you directly to the Airport 1200yen) and JR train lines. Many restaurants around and walkable distance to the main Akita attractions. Only down side was breakfast, but is not hot part ..."

"ゲームコーナーや、リビングルームの大きなテレビに子供たちは大満足でした。 キッチンの設備もほぼなんでも揃っていました。 夜中、暴風雨の音と幹線道路を通るトラックの音が気になりましたが、子供たちはぐっすり眠れたようです。17時以降は周辺のお店はほぼ閉まってしまうし、コンビニが近くにないので、手前の町で買い物を済ませておかないと困ってしまうロケーションです。オーナーさんとは顔を合わせませんでしたが、とても親切なご案内メールをいただきました。海が近くて綺麗な夕陽が思い出になりましま。"
