"The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. I needed to stay around for a few more hours after my check out and they offered extended time on my room or a nice sitting spot in the lobby. The hotel is also very clean and kept in a very professional manner. Would strongly recommend! "
"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."
"This was a perfect spot if arriving by train, literally across the street. A 20 minute walk to the town square. A little out of the way so it’s very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and very nice, I would stay here again "

When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust.
Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful.

"Hot hot hot. No air conditioning so unbearably hot at night. Rooms were large and clean. Loads of free parking. Close to the motorway so was easy access to the Red Bull Ring which was why we were staying. Nice burgers in the Weber restaurant next door. No staff at reception but very responsive over email."

"The staff at the property were lovely. Very friendly and kind. Beds comfortable. Room was spotlessly. Breakfast was ok. We walked into Graz and just over 30 mins, but there are trams nearby. Room was quiet and we enjoyed the balcony
