"Wonderful onsen experience. They have curtesy bikes to make the most of the awesome path along the river. Rooms were musty but you get used to it, it’s fine for a short stay. We stayed at Awaikeda honmachi which is a private house but ekimae-shop has 5 rooms and toilet and showers are all shared. The place is basic but clean.
